Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at email@example.com if the item is defective or you received the wrong item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate your replacement or refund.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back will not be accepted without a RAN.
Please return the item in the original packaging in which it arrived. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number or proof of purchase.
Once the item is returned and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for your purchase, or a correct item will be sent to you per your request.
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, delivery can take 3-10 business days.
